Terms of use

These Terms of Use govern the rules under which persons who access the Devasa Media portal, review content, use forms or request services may use the portal.

Purpose

These terms aim to ensure the portal is used securely, lawfully, transparently and professionally, and to set the basic rules between the user and Devasa Media.

Scope

The terms apply to all digital interactions, including portal visits, content review, form submissions, E-Catalog access, proposal requests, and use of blog and service pages.

Definitions

Portal means the website operated by Devasa Media together with contents, forms, links, digital materials and service-information surfaces. User means a person who accesses the portal or transacts through it.

Rights of the parties

Devasa Media may update, unpublish or restrict access to portal contents, prevent misuse and protect its legal rights. The user may review the portal lawfully and submit requests through forms.

Obligations of the parties

The user must use the portal in accordance with the law, good faith, third-party rights and these terms. Devasa Media applies reasonable measures for portal security and content integrity.

Service terms

Service descriptions on the portal are general information. Final scope, duration, price, delivery and revision terms are set per project by proposal or written approval.

Prohibited uses

It is prohibited to send unlawful content via the portal, breach system security, provide misleading information, spam, infringe third-party rights, copy contents without permission, or reproduce them commercially.

Intellectual and industrial property

Texts, visuals, designs, software, brand elements, content structures and all digital materials on the portal belong to Devasa Media or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorised use gives rise to legal liability.

Gizlilik

Information the user shares via the portal is assessed under confidentiality principles. Commercial information shared in project or proposal processes is not disclosed to third parties.

Personal data

Personal data are processed under the KVKK Disclosure Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Users should review those texts before using the portal.

Links and third parties

The portal may contain links to third-party sites, providers or social platforms. Devasa Media is not liable for those areas’ content, security and processing practices, to the extent it is not at fault.

Limitation of liability

Devasa Media takes care to keep portal contents current; however, contents do not replace legal, financial or technical advice. Service decisions must be made per project through a written proposal and scope assessment.

Force majeure

Portal access may be disrupted by infrastructure outage, cyberattack, natural disaster, a public-authority decision, third-party service failure or technical issues beyond control.

Contract amendments

Devasa Media may update these terms in line with portal structure, service model, legislation or security needs. The current text becomes effective upon publication on the portal.

Termination and access restriction

If the user breaches these terms, engages in misuse or creates a security risk, Devasa Media may restrict access and exercise its legal rights.

Dispute resolution

Turkish law governs disputes arising from these terms. The parties first seek a good-faith resolution; if that fails, competent authorities may be approached.

Entry into force

The Terms of Use take effect on the date of publication on the portal. Accessing or using the portal means the user accepts these terms.
