Briefs, brand materials, visuals, documents, links, technical information or extra files shared by the user for project assessment are processed only to the extent the work requires.

The user acknowledges that information shared via the portal is accurate, current, lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Devasa Media is not liable for third-party systems’ own privacy and security practices, to the extent it is not at fault.
Devasa Media does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or identical performance on every device. Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, internet outages and third-party service problems.
Devasa Media cannot be held liable for damage caused by user-supplied inaccurate information, unauthorised sharing, inadequate device security or third-party breaches.
Natural disaster, war, epidemic, cyberattack, infrastructure outage, a public-authority decision, power or internet failure and events beyond the parties’ control constitute force majeure.
In force majeure, Devasa Media takes reasonable measures but is not liable, to the extent it is not at fault, for delay, interruption or temporary data-access issues.
Devasa Media may update this policy in line with its service model, portal infrastructure, legal requirements or security needs.
The current policy takes effect on the date of publication on the portal. Users are advised to review the policy text at reasonable intervals.
If portal use is unlawful, misuse is detected or a security risk arises, Devasa Media reserves the right to restrict access, refuse requests and pursue legal remedies.
